Is there a minimum booking time for meeting rooms?
Yes, there’s a 2 hour minimum rental period when booking our meeting rooms.
How do I get access to the meeting room?
Our onsite Community Baristas will provide you access to the meeting room which you’ve booked.
Can I arrive early to prepare the room before the rental time begins?
We’ve equipped our meeting rooms to be "plug & play", so your room will be ready & waiting for your arrival. You can enter the meeting room 15 minutes before the rental time begins.
What if more time is needed? Can I extend the booking time for a room?
Yes, it’s possible to extend your booking of a room, provided the room is not already reserved and the time extension is within our opening hours.
Can I cancel a booking?
Yes, you can cancel a booking up to 24 hours in advance at no cost to you. For cancellations at shorter notice, a cancellation fee will be applied. The particular meeting room which was booked and the length of time the room was booked for determine the amount of the fee.
How will I be billed for my usage of the meeting rooms?
You will be billed per invoice after the meeting has taken place.
Am I allowed to bring a dog?
Yes, we welcome dogs at our spaces. However, please note that dogs have to be kept on a leash in the Community Areas.
Is there a printer available onsite?
All of our spaces are equipped with print stations. Printers are connected to our local network and can be accessed from everywhere within the space.
