Is there a minimum booking time for the event locations?

Yes, there's a 4 hour minimum rental period when booking our event spaces.

Can I view the location in advance?

Yes. Simply contact us and we'll be happy to arrange a viewing appointment.

How do I get access to the location?

Our team will be onsite to personally welcome you and assist you with any questions you may have.

Can I come to the location before the rental time begins to prepare?

Your event space will be prepared by our team before your event. However, if your event involves complex setup and breakdown work, it can be carried out before and after the event – please arrange this with us in advance.

What's your cancellation policy?

Cancellations are free of charge up to 14 days before the event. Fees will be incurred for cancellations made on shorter notice. Please contact us for more detailed information on how our cancellation fees are calculated.

How will I be billed for my usage of the event location?

You will be billed per invoice after the event has taken place.

Am I allowed to bring a dog to the location?

Yes, we welcome dogs at our event spaces. However, please note that dogs have to be kept on a leash in the Community Areas.

Is there a printer available onsite?

All of our spaces are equipped with print stations. Printers are connected to our local network and can be accessed from everywhere within the space.

Can I bring my own food or arrange for food to be brought to the location?

Yes, you can arrange to have your own food or catering service at the location. The latter, however, requires a consultation with our event team.

Can I bring beverages to the location?

Bringing large quantities of beverages to the event location is essentially not allowed without a prior agreement. In cases where permission is granted, a corkage fee will be applied for beverage amounts which exceed individual consumption levels.
